At Beads, we want you to love your new accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure items are returned in their pristine condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
